Where is my payment? My account says it was processed, but I haven't received it yet.

AdBrite mails all checks by the end of the fifth business day of each month. The May 2008 payments were mailed out on 05/07/08. For domestic addresses, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your payment to arrive. Non-US publishers should expect longer transit times, sometimes from 10 to 21 business days. If you still have not received your payment after the specified transit time, please confirm your address.

To confirm your address, please follow these steps:

Log into your AdBrite account at www.adbrite.com

Select the "For publishers" tab

Click on "Settings & passwords" link

Once confirmed as correct, please notify us and we will promptly start the stop payment process

Please note that AdBrite no longer reissues payments throughout the month. Instead, we confirm your check has not been cashed, stop payment, and re-deposit earnings back into your publisher account. The re-deposited earnings will be included as part of your next publisher payment. In addition, checks that are outstanding after 180 days from the date of issue will be voided and ineligible for re-deposit or reissue. You can find our Publisher Check Reissue Policy in our searchable FAQ section "Rules & Policies".

Once you've put your conversion code up, you can track your conversion
stats. To do so, sign into AdBrite, click on the "For Advertisers" tab,
click on your running campaign, and select the "Conversions" tab.

Why doesn’t the InVideo player appear on my blog or profile?

The code for InVideo contains JavaScript. Some platforms (incl.
Blogger, MovableType, and MySpace) do not allow JavaScript code within
a blog post or profile. InVideo will still work if you simply remove
the JavaScript code. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Paste the standard InVideo code into your blog post.
2. Delete all the InVideo code before the opening Object tag ()
3. Delete all the InVideo code after the closing Object tag ()

Your final code should look something like this:

This should solve the problem. Repeat these steps whenever you add InVideo code to your blog.

If
the InVideo player still won't appear on your page, it may be that your
platform does not support the tag (this is also a
problem with some social network sites). In that case, follow these
steps:

4. Perform steps 1-3 above.
5. Delete all the InVideo code before the "<embed src=… " tag.
6. Delete the closing Object tag ().

Your final code should now look something like this:

This
should solve the problem. Repeat these steps whenever you add InVideo
code to your blog. If you are still having trouble after following
steps 1-6 above, contact customer service for further assistance.
